Privacy Policy

ADU Made Simple is a product of BlaKei Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. If you use the site without an account, we still create an anonymous session so your answers aren't lost if you come back.
Project information: the answers you give us about your ADU plans — square footage, bedrooms, style preferences, your property address and ZIP code if you save a project.
Contractor and mortgage broker information: if you sign up as a contractor or broker, we collect your business name, license number, insurance documents, and related verification information.
Usage information: basic technical information (like browser type and pages visited) to help us understand how the site is used and fix problems.

To run the core product — save your project, show you cost estimates, match you with pre-approved floor plans, and (for contractors/brokers) run license verification and the bidding marketplace.
To communicate with you about your account or project.
To improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google (for sign-in) and Supabase (our database and authentication provider) as necessary to run the product.
Google's Gemini AI for generating design renderings, where applicable.
Contractors or mortgage brokers you explicitly choose to connect with through the marketplace — we don't share your project details with them unless you take an action that does so (like unlocking contact or submitting a bid request).
We do not share your information with advertisers, and we don't currently run ads on the site.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@blakeisolutions.com.

ADU Made Simple is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We'll update the effective date above if this policy changes in a meaningful way.
